OIL PUMP REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

REMOVAL
1.
Remove nut (1) and bolt (2) from bracket (3).
2.
Remove two bolts (4), gasket (5), and suction pipe (6).
Discard gasket.
3.
Remove two bolts (7), bolts (8), and O-rings (9 and
10) from oil supply tube assembly (11). Discard O-
rings.
4.
Remove oil supply tube assembly (11) from cylinder
block (12) and engine oil pump (13).

5.
Remove retaining ring (14) from idler gear shaft (17).
Discard retaining ring.
6.
Remove idler gear (15) and washer (16) from idler
gear shaft (17).

7.
Remove three bolts (18) that fasten engine oil pump
(13) to cylinder block (12).
8.
Remove engine oil pump (13) from cylinder block
(12).
