TRANSMISSION CONTROL WIRING HARNESS REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

INSTALLATION
1.
Position transmission control wiring harness (5) on transmission (3).
2.
Connect transmission control wiring harness (5) to intermediate transmission output speed sensor 2 (14).
3.
Connect transmission control wiring harness (5) to intermediate transmission output speed sensor 1 (13).
4.
Connect transmission control wiring harness (5) to transmission torque converter speed sensor (12).
5.
Connect transmission control wiring harness (5) to transmission torque converter temperature sensor (11).
6.
Connect transmission control wiring harness (5) to six transmission modulating valves (10).
7.
Connect transmission control wiring harness (5) to transmission temperature sensor (9).
8.
Connect transmission control wiring harness (5) to transmission output speed sensor 2 (8).
9.
Connect transmission control wiring harness (5) to transmission output speed sensor 1 (7).
10.
Install 17 new tiedown straps (6) on transmission control wiring harness (5).
11.
Install two clamps (3) on transmission control wiring harness (4).
12.
Install two washers (2) and bolts (1) on transmission (3).
13.
Connect wiring harness to primary steering pressure switch (WP 0074 00).
14.
Connect wiring harness to filter bypass switch (WP 0087 00).
15.
Install cab (WP 0184 00).
16.
Start machine (TM 5-3805-290-10).
17.
Run engine until operation temperature is reached (TM 5-3805-290-10).
18.
Verify correct operation of machine (TM 5-3805-290-10).
19.
Shut down engine (TM 5-3805-290-10).
