Install two washers (2) and bolts (1) on joystick con-
sole cover (3).

Install floor mat in cab (WP 0116 00).
40.
Install windshield washer bottle (WP 0118 00).
41.
Install chassis guards (WP 0107 00).
42.
Install ladders (WP 0106 00).
43.
Charge AC system (WP 0191 00).
44.
Fill engine with coolant (WP 0042 00).
45.
Fill hydraulic oil (WP 0137 00).
WAR N I N G
Before operating equipment, secure the steering frame lock in the stowed position. DO NOT operate
machine with steering frame lock connected. Failure to lock steering frame lock into the stowed position
before operating can result in loss of steering and injury or death to personnel.
46.
Secure steering frame lock in stowed position (TM 5-3805-290-10).
47.
Start engine (TM 5-3805-290-10).
48.
Run machine until operating temperature is reached.
49.
Verify correct operation of machine (TM 5-3805-290-10).
50.
Shut down engine (TM 5-3805-290-10).
51.
Check for leaks.
