REMOVAL

cedure. Failure to follow this warning may result in injury to personnel.
N OT E
Center front glass panel weighs 35 lb (15.9 kg). Right and left glass panels weigh 23 lb each.
Center rear glass panel weighs 33 lb (14.9 kg). Right and left glass panels weigh 10 lb each.
Door glass weighs 20 lb (9.1 kg) each.

If removing rear glass, disconnect defroster grid wires.

Use utility knife to cut silicone at top edge where
windshield is bonded.

Insert piece of wire approximately 36 in. (91 cm) in
length though hole in silicone. Attach wire ends to
dowels.
