HYDRAULIC SYSTEM CONTINUED
MALFUNCTION
Work tool/loader arm does not operate.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Step 1.
Verify correct connection of work tool (WP 0010).
If work tool is properly connected and problem still exists, proceed to step 2.
Step 2.
Check PARK button on DIP is flashing.
a.
Release parking brake (WP 0005).
b.
If problem still exists or parking brake does not release, proceed to step 3.
Step 3.
Ensure door is closed and latched.
If door is closed and latched and problem still exists, proceed to step 4.
Step 4.
Check hydraulic oil level.
a.
If hydraulic oil level is low, fill to correct level (WP 0020).
b.
If oil level is OK and problem still exists, notify Field Maintenance.
MALFUNCTION
Hydraulic fluid warning light and alarm are on.
WARNING
Allow system to cool before performing the following steps. Failure to follow this warning
may result in injury or death to personnel.
CAUTION
When alarm sounds, shut down machine immediately. Failure to follow this caution can
result in damage to machine.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Step 1.
Check hydraulic oil level.
a.
If hydraulic oil level is low, fill to correct level (WP 0020).
b.
If oil level is OK and problem still exists, proceed to step 2.
Step 2.
Check for debris at hydraulic oil cooler (WP 0020).
a.
Remove debris.
b.
If problem still exists, notify Field Maintenance.
