Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure that any lifting equipment used is in good condition
and of suitable load capacity. Failure to follow this warning may result in injury to
personnel.
N OT E
Flywheel housing weighs 75 lb (34 kg).
Install bolts as noted during removal.
4. Attach lifting device to flywheel housing (Figure 6, Item 1).
5. With assistance, install flywheel housing (Figure 6, Item 1) and six bolts (Figure 6, Item 3) on engine.
6. Install two bolts (Figure 6, Item 2) on flywheel housing (Figure 6, Item 1).
7. Torque six bolts (Figure 6, Item 3) to 92 4 lb-ft (125 4 Nm).
8. Torque two bolts (Figure 6, Item 2) to 18 4 lb-ft (25 4 Nm).
9. Remove lifting device from flywheel housing (Figure 6, Item 1).
10. Install two mounts (Figure 6, Item 4) on flywheel housing (Figure 6, Item 1).
