Note routing of serpentine belt to aid in installation.
1. Loosen two bolts (Figure 1, Items 2 and 4), and position alternator bracket (Figure 1, Item 1) aside.
2. Remove serpentine belt (Figure 1, Item 3) from pump (Figure 1, Item 6) and alternator (Figure 1, Item 8) and
position aside.
3. Remove two bolts (Figure 1, Item 5), pump (Figure 1, Item 6), and gasket (Figure 1, Item 7) from machine.
Discard gasket.
