4. With assistance, push idler assembly (Figure 3, Item 1) rearward and lift center of track (Figure 3, Item 2) to
relieve track tension.
5. Using lifting device (Figure 3, Item 3), remove track (Figure 3, Item 2) off sprocket (Figure 3, Item 4) and rollers
(Figure 3, Item 6).
WARN I N G
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure
to follow this warning may cause injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Sprocket weighs 65 lb (29 kg).
6. With assistance, remove eight bolts (Figure 3, Item 5) and sprocket (Figure 3, Item 4) from machine.
