TRACK ADJUSTMENT CONTINUED

Use caution when adjusting track tension. Grease is under pressure.
Over-tightening or excessive slack may cause premature wear or damage to track.
Failure to follow these warnings may result in injury to personnel or damage to equipment.
2. To increase track tension, ensure fitting (Figure 8, Item 1) is tight and slowly add grease until track tension is
within specification.
3. To decrease track tension, slowly loosen fitting (Figure 8, Item 1), allowing grease to discharge from adjuster
(Figure 8, Item 2) until track tension is within specification.
