Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure
to follow this warning may cause injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Track weighs 500 lb (230 kg).
Track rollers and sprocket need to be positioned between teeth on track.
1. With assistance, install track (Figure 4, Item 2) on bottom rollers (Figure 4, Item 6) of machine.
2. With assistance, push idler assembly (Figure 4, Item 1) rearward and lift track (Figure 4, Item 2) with lifting
device (Figure 4, Item 3).

3. With assistance, install sprocket (Figure 4, Item 4) and eight bolts (Figure 4, Item 5) on machine.
