1. Attach lifting device to loader arm and raise loader arm (Figure 1, Item 1).

When servicing this machine, performing maintenance, or disposing of hazardous

DO NOT disconnect or remove any hydraulic sysem lines or fitting unless engine is shut
t
down and hydraulic system pressure has been relieved. Tighten all connections before
applying pressure. Escaping hydraulic fluid under pressure can penetrate the skin.
At operating temperature, hydraulic oil is hot. Allow hydraulic oil to cool before removing
any hydraulic fitting.
Wear protective eye covering and gloves.
Engine/hydraulic oils, coolant, and fuel can be very slippery. Immediately wipe up any
spills.
Failure to follow these warnings may result in injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Tag and cap hydraulic lines and hoses to aid in installation.
2. Disconnect four hydraulic hoses (Figure 1, Item 3) from hydraulic line (Figure 1, Item 2) on loader arm (Figure
1, Item 1).
