Test Step 3. Test for Voltage at Lower
Cab Wiring Harness.
1. Turn ignition switch and battery
disconnect switch to OFF position
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
2. Disconnect connector LE-C2
(WP 0012, Figure 152) from
connector C-C9 (WP 0012,
Figure 153).
3. Turn battery disconnect switch and
ignition switch to ON position
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
4. Using digital multimeter
Voltage Pulses Between 0 and 26
(WP 0174), test for voltage
Volts Replace front frame wiring
between connector C-C9
harness (WP 0301).
(WP 0012, Figure 153) terminal 2
Proceed to Test Step 5.
(ground) and terminal 3.
No Voltage Proceed to Test Step 4.
Test Step 4. Test for Faulty Turn
Signal Switch.
1. Turn ignition switch and battery
disconnect switch to OFF position
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
2. Remove instrument cluster for
access to wiring harness
connectors (WP 0252).
3. Disconnect connector C-TSS
(WP 0012, Figure 155) from turn
signal switch (WP 0012,
Figure 156).
