Make sure turn signal switch is in right turn position (TM 5-3805-298-10).
4. Using digital multimeter
Resistance 5.0 Ohms or Less
(WP 0174), measure resistance
Replace lower cab wiring harness
between turn signal switch
(WP 0291).
(WP 0012, Figure 156) terminal 1
Proceed to Test Step 5.
and terminal 2.
Resistance Greater Than 5.0 Ohms
Replace turn signal switch (WP 0253).
Proceed to Test Step 5.
Test Step 5. Verify Malfunction Is
Resolved.
1. Ensure all harness connectors are
connected.
2. Install instrument cluster
(WP 0252).
3. Turn battery disconnect switch and
ignition switch to ON position
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
4. Turn the military light switch to Ser.
Drive position and lower switch to
OFF (TM 5-3805-298-10).
5. Turn the turn signal switch to right
turn signal position (TM 5-3805-
298-10).
6. Observe operation of front right
Front Right Turn Signal Operates
turn signal (TM 5-3805-298-10).
Troubleshooting complete.
