1. Swap front work light relay

2. Turn battery disconnect switch and
ignition switch to ON position
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
3. Observe operation of front work

relay position and replace front work
light relay (WP 0290).
Proceed to Test Step 31.
Front Work Lights Do Not Operate
Proceed to Test Step 6.
Test Step 6. Test for Voltage at Front
Work Light Relay.
1. Turn ignition switch and battery
disconnect switch to OFF position
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
2. Remove front work light relay
(WP 0290).
3. Turn battery disconnect switch and
ignition switch to ON position
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
4. Using digital multimeter
Voltage 18 to 24 V Proceed to step 5.
(WP 0174), test for voltage
Voltage Less Than 18 V Replace
between connector C-C67
lower cab wiring harness (WP 0291).
(WP 0012, Figure 181) terminal 1
Proceed to Test Step 31.

(WP 0012, Figure 177) from
connector FG-C1 (WP 0012,
Figure 178).
