Test Step 4. Check Pilot Valve.

1. Turn ignition switch and battery
disconnect switch to OFF position
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
2. Relieve hydraulic system pressure
(WP 0369).
3. Disconnect pilot valve assembly
from right console (WP 0379).
4. Disconnect bucket lift - lower and
bucket lift - raise hoses from pilot
valve (Figure 1).
5. Disconnect bucket tilt - rollback
and bucket tilt - dump hoses from
pilot valve (Figure 1).
6. Connect bucket dump hose to
bucket lift - lower connection on
pilot valve (Figure 1).
7. Connect bucket rollback hose to
bucket lift - raise connection on
pilot valve (Figure 1).
8. Connect bucket lift - lower hose to
bucket lift - dump connection on
pilot valve (Figure 1).
9. Connect raise bucket lift - raise
hose to bucket tilt - rollback
connection on pilot valve
(Figure 1).
