Replace lower cab wiring harness

Proceed to Test Step 15.
Test Step 15. Verify Malfunction Is
Resolved.
1. Turn ignition switch and battery
disconnect switch to OFF position
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
2. Ensure all hydraulic hoses are
connected.
3. Ensure all wiring harness
connectors are connected.
4. Install right lower cab access
panels (WP 0347).
5. Install console instrument panel
(WP 0264).
6. Turn battery disconnect switch to
ON position and start engine
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
7. Warm the transmission oil to
normal operating temperature of
approximately 165F to 185F
(75C to 85C).
8. Bring the hydraulic oil to operating
temperature of 140F (60C)
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
9. Lower the tool to the ground
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
10. Press unlock on coupler switch
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
11. Observe operation of quick coupler

Proceed to step 12.
Quick Coupler Does Not Release
Tool Repeat troubleshooting from
the beginning.
12. Press lock on coupler switch
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
