1. Turn ignition switch and battery
disconnect switch to OFF position
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
2. Install a jumper wire between
terminal A and terminal B of
connector LE-C11 (WP 0012,
Figure 221).
3. Remove right lower cab access
panels (WP 0347).
4. Disconnect connector C-C10
(WP 0012, Figure 86) from
connector LE-C1 (WP 0012,
Figure 87).
5. Disconnect connector C-C9
(WP 0012, Figure 153) from
connector LE-C2 (WP 0012,
Figure 152).
6. Using digital multimeter
Resistance 5.0 Ohms or Less
(WP 0174), measure resistance
Replace lower cab wiring harness
between connector LE-C1
(WP 0291).
(WP 0012, Figure 87) terminal 5
Proceed to Test Step 21.
and connector LE-C2 (WP 0012,
Resistance Greater Than 5.0 Ohms

Replace front frame wiring harness

Test Step 9. Test for Open Ride
Control Wiring Harness.
1. Turn ignition switch and battery
disconnect switch to OFF position
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
2. Install a jumper wire between
terminal A and terminal C of
connector PE-C2 (WP 0012,
Figure 222).
3. Disconnect connector PE-C3
(WP 0012, Figure 220) from ride
control link relay.
