Test Step 21. Verify Malfunction Is
Resolved.
1. Turn ignition switch and battery
disconnect switch to OFF position
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
2. Ensure all hydraulic hoses are
connected.
3. Ensure all harness connectors are
connected.
4. Install right and left lower cab
access panels (WP 0347).
5. Turn battery disconnect switch to
ON position and start engine
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
6. Warm the transmission oil to
normal operating temperature of
approximately 165F to 185F
(75C to 85C).
7. Warm the hydraulic oil to operating
temperature of 140F (60C)
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
8. Engage parking brake
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
9. Turn ride control switch to AUTO
position.
10. Lower loader to the ground
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
11. Continue to lower the loader and
