1. Turn battery disconnect switch to
ON position and start engine
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
2. Warm the transmission oil to
normal operating temperature of
approximately 165F to 185F
(75C to 85C).
3. Warm the hydraulic oil to operating
temperature of 140F (60C)
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
4. Raise work tool and observe
Boom Does Not Drift Down
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
Troubleshooting complete.
