CRANKCASE BREATHER FILTER INSTALLATION

NOTE
Lubricate new crankcase breather filter seal with a light coat of clean engine oil.
1. Turn new empty crankcase breather filter (Figure 2, Item 7) clockwise to install on crankcase breather filter
base (Figure 2, Item 5).
2. Tighten crankcase breather filter (Figure 2, Item 7) until seal contacts base, then tighten an additional 3/4 to
1 full turn.
3. Remove drain pan from under crankcase breather filter (Figure 2, Item 7).
