DRAIN ENGINE OIL CONTINUED
2. Position drain pan under machine and drain hoses (Figure 2, Item 2 and Item 3).
WARNING
Engine oil should be warm to ensure it drains completely from crankcase. Use caution to
protect against burns, when draining oil.
Contact with engine oil can damage skin. Wear gloves when handling engine oil. If oil
contacts skin, wash it off immediately.
Lubricating oil is very slippery. Immediately wipe up any spills.
Failure to follow these warnings may cause injury.
3. Remove plastic plug (Figure 2, Item 4) in bottom of crankcase drain hose (Figure 2, Item 2).
4. Remove plastic plug (Figure 2, Item 5) in bottom of oil filter drain hose (Figure 2, Item 3).
5. Open crankcase drain valve (Figure 2, Item 1).
