REMOVAL CONTINUED
NOTE
Note orientation of elbow fittings to aid installation.
Cap or plug elbow fittings during removal.
Use container to catch any fluid that may drain from system. Dispose of fluid IAW local
policy and ordinances. Ensure all spills are cleaned up.
3. Remove elbow fitting (Figure 3, Item 3) and two O-rings (Figure 3, Item 4) from adapter (Figure 3, Item 2).
Discard O-rings.
4. Remove adapter (Figure 3, Item 2) and O-ring (Figure 3, Item 1) from third fuel filter base (Figure 3, Item 7).
Discard O-ring.
5. Remove elbow fitting (Figure 3, Item 6) and two O-rings (Figure 3, Item 5) from third fuel filter base (Figure 3,
Item 7). Discard O-rings.
