RADIATOR OVERFLOW HOSE INSTALLATION

WARNING
Engine coolant is very slippery. Immediately wipe up any spills. Failure to follow this
warning may result in injury to personnel.
Wear effective eye, hand, and skin protection when handling coolant.
NOTE
Remove plugs or caps from hose.
Route hose as noted during removal.
1. Position radiator overflow hose (Figure 12, Item 3) on machine.
2. Install grommet (Figure 12, Item 2) and radiator overflow hose (Figure 12, Item 3) on panel (Figure 12, Item 1).
3. Loosely install clamp (Figure 12, Item 4) on radiator overflow hose (Figure 12, Item 3).
4. Install radiator overflow hose (Figure 12, Item 3) on radiator (Figure 12, Item 5). Tighten clamp
(Figure 12, Item 4).

NOTE
