RADIATOR INLET HOSE INSTALLATION CONTINUED

NOTE
Remove plugs or caps from hoses and open ports.
Route hoses as noted during removal.
Install hoses, mount, and tiedown strap as noted during removal.
15. Loosely install clamp (Figure 17, Item 7) on radiator inlet hose (Figure 17, Item 6).
16. Install radiator inlet hose (Figure 17, Item 6) on coolant tank (Figure 17, Item 8). Tighten clamp (Figure 17,
Item 7).
17. Loosely install clamp (Figure 17, Item 2) on vent hose (Figure 17, Item 3).
18. Install vent hose (Figure 17, Item 3) on tee fitting (Figure 17, Item 1). Tighten clamp (Figure 17, Item 2).
19. Install new tiedown strap (Figure 17, Item 5) on mount (Figure 17, Item 4) and vent hose (Figure 17, Item 3).
20. Install lower radiator access cover. Refer to WP 0340.
