1. Install bracket (Figure 2, Item 2), two washers (Figure 2, Item 4), and bolts (Figure 2, Item 5) on machine.
2. Install jamnut (Figure 2, Item 6) on mirror (Figure 2, Item 1).
3. Install mirror (Figure 2, Item 1) and new locknut (Figure 2, Item 3) on bracket (Figure 2, Item 2).
