WARNING
Lubricating/hydraulic oils used in performance of maintenance can be very slippery.
Immediately wipe up any spills. Failure to follow this warning may result in injury or death
to personnel.
NOTE
Both cylinders are installed in same manner. Right side shown.
1. Apply grease on pin (Figure 6, Item 1).
WARNING
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support. Keep clear of
heavy parts. Failure to follow this warning may result in injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
Cylinder weighs approximately 50 lb (23 kg).
2. With assistance, install cylinder (Figure 6, Item 2) and pin (Figure 6, Item 4) on bucket (Figure 6, Item 3).
3. Install new cotter pin (Figure 6, Item 1) on pin (Figure 6, Item 4).
