Ground Circuit for an Open.
1. Turn battery disconnect switch to
the OFF position (TM 5-3805-298-
10).
2. Disconnect lower cab wiring
harness connector C-C2 (WP
0012, Figure 227) from arctic
heater wiring harness connector
HJ-C1 (WP 0012, Figure 228).
3. Using digital multimeter (WP
Resistance 5.0 Ohms or Less - Verify
0174), measure resistance
lower cab wiring harness ground
between arctic heater wiring
(WP 0012, Figure 45) is clean and
harness connector HJ-C2 terminal
tight. If lower cab ground is ok, replace
A2 (WP 0012, Figure 229) and
lower cab wiring harness (WP 0291).

Proceed to Test Step 9.

Resistance Greater Than 5.0 Ohms -

Replace arctic heater wiring harness
