WARNING

during procedure. Failure to follow this warning may cause injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
Fork weighs approximately 135 lb (61 kg).
1. With assistance, position fork (Figure 3, Item 2) in line with support rod (Figure 3, Item 1) in fork carriage
(Figure 3, Item 3).
2. Twist and push support rod (Figure 3, Item 1) toward left side of fork carriage (Figure 3, Item 3) until support
rod runs through fork (Figure 3, Item 2) and into side of fork carriage. Align ends of support rod with outer
edges of fork carriage.
