INSTALLATION CONTINUED
WARNING
Use caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use assistance
during procedure. Ensure that any lifting device used is in good condition and of suitable
load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure to follow
this warning may cause injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
Fork carriage weighs 667 lb (303 kg).
3. Install plate (Figure 4, Item 6), two washers (Figure 4, Item 5), and bolts (Figure 4, Item 4) on both sides of fork
carriage (Figure 4, Item 1).
4. Hand-tighten bolt (Figure 4, Item 3) to secure placement of fork (Figure 4, Item 8).
5. Using lifting device, lower fork support rod (Figure 4, Item 2) from bottom end of slide (Figure 4, Item 7).
6. Remove lifting device from fork carriage (Figure 4, Item 1).
