ASSEMBLY CONTINUED

assistance during procedure. Failure to follow this warning may result in injury or death to
personnel.
NOTE
Cooler assembly weighs 71 lb (32 kg).
Support cooler assembly while installing bolts.
The procedure for cooler assembly bolt removal and replacement is identical for left-hand
and right-hand cooler assembly bolts. Right-hand cooler assembly bolts are shown in this
procedure.
19. With assistance, position cooler assembly (Figure 34, Item 2) in radiator wrapper (Figure 34, Item 1).
20. Install two washers (Figure 34, Item 3) and bolt (Figure 34, Item 4) on cooler assembly (Figure 34, Item 2) and
radiator wrapper (Figure 34, Item 1). Do not tighten bolt at this time.
21. Install two bolts (Figure 34, Item 5) on cooler assembly (Figure 34, Item 2) and radiator mount (Figure 34,
Item 6). Do not tighten bolts at this time.
22. Repeat steps 20 and 21 on left side. Tighten all mounting bolts.
