FUEL TANK COVER AND PLATE REMOVAL

CAUTION
Plug and cap all hoses and fittings to prevent contamination. Failure to follow this caution
may result in damage to the machine.
NOTE
Tag and mark wires to aid in installation.
Tag and mark lines to aid in installation.
Note location and quantity of tiedown straps to aid in installation.
1. Remove bolt (Figure 2, Item 11) from cover (Figure 2, Item 13).
2. Remove nut (Figure 2, Item 16), lockwasher (Figure 2, Item 15), bolt (Figure 2, Item 2), washer (Figure 2,
Item 3), three clamps (Figure 2, Item 14), two spacers (Figure 2, Items 1 and 17), and cover (Figure 2, Item 13)
from machine. Discard lockwasher.
3. Remove bolt (Figure 2, Item 4), washer (Figure 2, Item 5), nut (Figure 2, Item 9), and washer (Figure 2,
Item 10) from cover plate (Figure 2, Item 8).
4. Remove bolt (Figure 2, Item 6), washer (Figure 2, Item 7), nut (Figure 2, Item 12), and cover plate (Figure 2,
Item 8) from machine.
