NOTE
Install lines as tagged and marked during removal.
Remove plugs and caps from hoses and fittings.
1. Install new O-ring (Figure 5, Item 4), fitting (Figure 5, Item 3), and lock (Figure 5, Item 13) on low-pressure fuel
pump (Figure 5, Item 5).
2. Install fuel supply hose (Figure 5, Item 1) on machine.
3. Connect fuel supply hose (Figure 5, Item 1) and tighten clamp (Figure 5, Item 2) on fitting (Figure 5, Item 3).
4. Install new O-ring (Figure 5, Item 7), fitting (Figure 5, Item 6), and lock (Figure 5, Item 8) on high-pressure fuel
pump (Figure 5, Item 11).
5. Install fuel return hose (Figure 5, Item 10) on machine.
6. Connect fuel return hose (Figure 5, Item 10) and tighten clamp (Figure 5, Item 9) on fitting (Figure 5, Item 6).
7. Install new tiedown straps (Figure 5, Item 12) on fuel return hose (Figure 5, Item 10).
