17. Remove tiedown straps (Figure 9, Item 2) along starter cable (Figure 9, Item 1) under right-side cab floor.
Discard tiedown straps.

18. Remove bolt (Figure 10, Item 1) from right hose cover (Figure 10, Item 2).
19. Remove nut (Figure 10, Item 8), lockwasher (Figure 10, Item 7), bolt (Figure 10, Item 3), washer (Figure 10,
Item 4), spacer (Figure 10, Item 6), clamp (Figure 10, Item 5), and right hose cover (Figure 10, Item 2) from
machine. Discard lockwasher.
