WARNING
Hydraulic oil is very slippery. Immediately wipe up any spills. Failure to follow this warning
may result in injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
Remove plugs and caps from hoses and fittings.
Install lines as tagged and marked during removal.
The procedure for stabilizer cylinder hydraulic hoses removal and replacement is identical
for left-hand and right-hand stabilizer cylinder hydraulic hoses. Left-hand stabilizer
cylinder hydraulic hoses are shown in this procedure.
1. Install hydraulic hoses (Figure 3, Item 6) on machine.
2. Connect hydraulic hose (Figure 3, Item 6) to hydraulic valve (Figure 3, Item 3).
3. Loosely install spacer (Figure 3, Item 7), washer (Figure 3, Item 2), bolt (Figure 3, Item 1), new lockwasher
(Figure 3, Item 5), and nut (Figure 3, Item 4) on hydraulic valve (Figure 3, Item 3). Do not tighten.
4. Install spacer (Figure 4, Item 4), clamp (Figure 4, Item 7), spacer (Figure 4, Item 3), washer (Figure 4, Item 2),
nut (Figure 4, Item 1), washer (Figure 4, Item 6), and bolt (Figure 4, Item 5) on machine.
5. Tighten bolt (Figure 3, Item 1) and nut (Figure 3, Item 4).
