WARNING

assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure
to follow this warning may result in injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
Tooth bar weighs 215 lb (96 kg).
Blades weigh 175 lb (79 kg) each.
1. With assistance, install two blades (Figure 1, Item 2), 20 bolts (Figure 1, Item 5), and nuts (Figure 1, Item 1) on
bucket (Figure 1, Item 3).
2. With assistance, install tooth bar (Figure 1, Item 4) on bucket (Figure 1, Item 3).
3. With assistance, install 2 bolts (Figure 1, Item 8), washers (Figure 1, Item 7), and nuts (Figure 1, Item 6) on
bucket (Figure 1, Item 3).
