See figure "C" for sequence of parts and parts identifi-
cation. NOTE: Lubricate all valves, springs, "O" rings,
sleeves and oil seals with a light coat of automatic
transmission fluid.

Install sump screen and baffle assembly, secure with
bolts and lockwashers. Tighten 20 to 25 ft. lbs. torque
[2,8-3,4 m.kg].

Install safety valve ball and spring in cover. With new
"O" ring in position install spring stop on spring.

Install new gasket on transmission sump pan. Set pan
magnets over welded washers in sump pan.
Depress spring stop and spring.
Install spring stop

install regulating valve spool in valve cover. Install
Install sump pan bolts and tighten 20 to 25 ft. lbs.
