BEFORE STARTING THE ENGINE
Walk-Around Inspection
For your own safety and maximum service
life of the vehicle, make a thorough walk-
around inspection before mounting the
machine to start the engine.
Look around and under the machine for
such items as loose or missing bolts,
trash buildup, oil, coolant or fuel leaks.
Inspect the condition and inflation of the
tires, condition of the bucket, and the
bucket linkage.
Remove any trash and debris. Adjust tire
inflation as needed. Have any necessary
repairs made, loose connections and
parts tightented to their specified torque and
any missing parts replaced, before
starting the engine or operating the
machine.

Inspect for broken bulbs and lenses
Check for loose or frayed wires.
Radiator Guard
Inspect for trash buildlup.
Engine Precleaner
Inspect for dirt buildup.
Engine Compartment
Inspect for leaks - trash buildup.
Steps and Grab Irons
Inspect their condition and cleanliness.
Differentials (front and rear)
Inspect under machine for leaks.
