3-1. GENERAL LUBRICATION INFORMATION
This section contains general lubrication instructions in addition to those contain-
ed in the lubrication order.
3-2. LUBRICATION INFORMATION
a. Care of Lubricants.
Keep all lubricants in clean, closed containers and store
in a dry area away from external heat. Dont allow dust, dirt, or other foreign mat-
ter to mix with lubricants during storage or use. Keep all lubrication equipment
clean and ready for use.
b. Cleaning.
Keep all external parts that do not require lubrication free of lu-
bricants. Wipe all dirt and other foreign matter from lubrication points using a
clean cloth. Clean caps, covers, and plugs and surrounding area before removing them
from the loader. Clean lubrication points after lubrication to prevent accumulation
of foreign matter.
c. Points of Lubrication.
Refer to the lubrication order for lubrication points,
and intervals of lubrication.

a. For lubrication under normal conditions, refer to the lubrication order.
