(10), washers (9 and 11), and locknuts (8). Do not tighten lock nuts
( 8 ) .

I n s t a l l c a p s c r e w ( 5 ), lock washer (6), and washer (7), Do not tighten
capscrew (5).
(5) Using a straightedge, check alinement of alternator pulley with fan and
crankshaft pulleys. Slide alternator mounting bracket on timing gear
cover as necessary to aline pulleys.
(6) Tighten two capscrews (18) and capscrew (13).
