The wiring harness is okay if blackout lights operate
normally. If necessary, you may test individual wires for continuity by
e n e r g i z i n g t h e c o r r e s p o n d i n g l i g h t c i r c u i t s h o w n i n f i g u r e F O - 3 a n d
checking for voltage using multimeter or test light. To test for shorted
o r g r o u n d e d w i r e,
you must disconnect both ends of wire under test as
f o l l o w s.
