Fixed open end wrench set
Socket wrench set, 3/8 inch drive
Air pressure gage, zero to 150 psi
Reducer, 1/2 to 1/8 NPT (FSCM 10988 PN 221-54)
MATERIALS/PARTS: Clean cloths (Appendix C, item 1)
PERSONNEL
Detergent (Appendix C, item 3)
REQUIRED: Two Construction Equipment Mechanics M0S 62B
NOTE
PRELIMINARY PROCEDURE: All air lines, adapters, tees, and fittings
disconnected and removed from treadle and valve being removed (page
7 - 7 4 ) a n d c a b f l o o r m a t p u l l e d b a c k j u s t e n o u g h t o g a i n a c c e s s to
treadle and valve mounting hardware.
REM0VAL
(1) While assistant in cab holds capscrews (3) using socket wrench, remove
three nuts (1) and lock washers (2) from beneath cab deck.

Remove three capscrews (3) and treadle and valve from loader cab.
