FrontWiringHarness(Cont).REMOVAL (SHEET 5 OF 5)(21)(22)(23)(24)(25)( 26)Beneath right instrument panel, disconnect block-type connectors from ig-nition key switch and blackout lights wiring harness connector by grasp-ing with fingers and firmly pulling apart.Disconnect front wiring harness remaining wire terminals from right in-strument panel components. Disconnect friction-type spade and bullet ter-minals by grasping terminals with your fingers and firmly pulling apart.Disconnect lug terminals by removing attaching nuts or screws.At front wiring harness gray-white wire, separate fuseholder halves bygrasping with fingers, pushing together, twisting counterclockwise, andpulling apart.Pull 40 ohm resistor from fuseholder half. Assemble fuseholder halves bygrasping both in your fingers, alining, then firmly pushing them togetherand twisting clockwise.At front wiring harness brown-red wire, separate fuseholder halves bygrasping with fingers, pushing together, twisting counterclockwise, andpulling apart.Pull 40 ohm resistor from fuseholder half. Assemble fuseholder halves bygrasping both in your fingers, alining, then firmly pushing them togetherand twisting clockwise.NOTEcut , remove, and discard tie straps as they are encountered during re-moval of front wiring harness. Note locations to aid installation.(27)(28)(29)(30)(31)(32)3-254Near hydraulic pump, left side, loosen and remove nut (l), lock washer(2), spacer (6), and capscrew (4).Position clamps (3 and 5) with black-out lights and auxiliary steering wiring harnesses away from clamps (9and 11).Remove nut (7), lock washer (8), clamp (9), spacer (10), capscrew (12),and clamp (11).Repeat steps (27) and (28) above to free other end of front wiring har-ness.Pull up floor mat just enough to gain access to grommet. Remove grommetfrom floor plate and around front wiring harness.Pull front wiring harness to rear of loader through hole located in floorplate.Remove front wiring harness from loader.
