FrontWiringHarness (Cont).REMOVAL (SHEET 3 OF 5)(5) At right side of transmission, at control valve, disconnect front wiringharness white wire spade terminal from neutral start switch spade termi-nal by grasping with fingers and firmly pulling apart.(6)Beneath front chassis floor plate, disconnect front wiring harness con-nector from cab lower wiring harness connector. Do this by grasping withfingers and firmly pulling apart.(7) At right front flood light, disconnect front wiring harness green wireterminal from flood light terminal. Do this by grasping both terminalswith your fingers and firmly pulling apart.(8) At right front driving light, disconnect front wiring harness pink wireterminal from driving light terminal. Do this by grasping both terminalswith your fingers and firmly pulling apart.(9) At left front flood light, disconnect front wiring harness green wireterminal from flood light terminal. Do this by grasping both terminalswith your fingers and firmly pulling apart.(10) At left front driving light, disconnect front wiring harness pink wireterminal from driving light terminal. Do this by grasping both terminalswith your fingers and firmly pulling apart.(11) In front of loader, in hydraulic reservoir area, disconnect front wiringharness gray-white wire terminal from hydraulic filter.(12) At hydraulic control valve, disconnect front wiring harness two connec-tors from bucket tilt solenoid and lift solenoid connectors. Do this byturning connector nut counterclockwise and firmly pulling connector.(13) Disconnect brown-white wire terminal on front wiring harness lift sole-noid connector from black wire terminal. Do this by grasping both termi-nals with your fingers and firmly pulling apart.(14) Disconnect blue-white wire terminal on front wiring harness bucket sole-noid connector from white wire terminal. Do this by grasping both termi-nals with your fingers and firmly pulling apart.(15) At hydraulic control valve, disconnect front wiring harness black wireterminal from front mounting capscrew. Do this by loosening and removingnut.(16) At stop light switch, disconnect front wiring harness white-orange wireterminal and black-white wire terminal.3-252
