TM 5-3805-262-34 3-12. AIR BRAKE SYSTEM MAINTENANCE (CONT) d. Double Check Valve and Stop Light Switch (Cont). REASEMBLY (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) (7) (8) (9) (10) Install new O-ring (13) in groove on cap (10). Put silicone lubricant on O-ring. Put shuttle guide (12) in groove on cap (10). Put silicone lubricant on shuttle (11). Install shuttle in body (14). Install cap (10) and shuttle guide (12). Ensure shuttle (11) is inside shuttle guide. Install and tighten two capscrews (9). Position diaphragm (8) in body (14). Install piston (7) and switch contact (6) in body (14). Install spring (5). Install new gasket (4) on body (14). Position cover (3); be sure switch contact (6) contacts aline with cover (3) terminals. Press down on cover and install two lock washers (2) and screws (1). 3-462
