Install and tighten carriage bolt (6),
washer (9), lock washer (8), and nut
(7).
(10) Position hinge assembly (10) at next
lowest cab bracket. Install and tighten
carriage bolt (6), washer (9), lock
washer (8), and nut (7).
(11) Position two hinge brackets (5) and
upper door (4). Adjust as necessary.
(12) Position two washers (3) and drive two
hinge pins (2) through cab brackets,
hinge brackets (5), and hinge
assemblies (10).
(13) Install and spread two new cotter pins
(1).
(14) Close lower door (12) and upper door
(4).
(15) Check that door (4 and 12) latches
operate properly.
(16) Check that there are no gaps between
seals (13, 18, and 19).
