Inspect foam pad (32) for tears, cracks, oil, or grease. Replace if dam-
aged or cannot be cleaned.
Replace seals (13, 18, and 19) if cracked or deteriorated. Use new seal
material; cut a 136 inch length for seal (13), 24 inch length for seal
(18), and 17 inch length for seal (19).
Inspect upper door (4) window for cracks or damage. Refer to page 3-606
for window replacement.
Replace key set (41) if lost or damaged.
NOTE
Replace an item if inspection indicates need for replacement.
Inspect door latch (43) for damage or improper operation.
Inspect foam strip (33) for deterioration: cut 1 inch from new foam ma-
terial if replacement required.
Inspect door striker (54) for bend condition, cracks, or breaks.
Inspect all other parts for cracks, distortion, or thread damage.
