REASSEMBLY (SHEET 2 OF 2)
(n) Install foam strip (33).
(o) Position four clip nuts (24);
three on lower door (12) and one on latch
cover (31) at hole located on closed end of cover.
(p) Position panel door cover (23) and install nut (25), washer (22), lock
washer (21), and capscrew (20). Don’t tighten capscrew (20).
(q) Position latch cover (31) and install washer (30), lock washer (29), and
screw (28); don’t tighten screw (28).
(r) Install, but don’t tighten, four washers (22), lock washers (21), and
capscrews (20).
(s) Tighten five capscrews (20) and screw (28).
(t) Install handle (27) and secure using setscrew (26).
(u) Install seals (18 and 19) on lower door (12).

Assemble upper door assembly (14 thru 17) as follows:
(a) Position upper door latch (17) on upper door (4) inside plate.
(b) Install and tighten two capscrews (14), lock washers (16), and nuts
(15).

Install new seal (13), if removed.
Position hinge bracket (11) and hinge assembly (10) at lower most cab
bracket.
Install and tighten carriage bolt (6), washer (9), lock washer (8), and
nut (7).
Position hinge assembly (10) at next highest cab bracket. Install and
tighten carriage bolt (6), washer (9), lock washer (8), and nut (7).
Position two hinge brackets (5) and lower door (12).
Position two washers (3) and drive two hinge pins (2) through cab brack-
ets, hinge brackets (5), and hinge assemblies (10).
Install and spread two new cotter pins (1).
Position hinge bracket (11) and hinge assembly (10) at uppermost cab
bracket.
