TEST NO. 2 - LOADER CIRCUIT8 AND MAIN RELIEF VALVE (SHEET 1 OF 4)
NOTE
If you have just completed test no. 1, go to step (9) below, otherwise
go to step (1) below.
Dry cleaning solvent P-D-680 used to clean parts is toxic and flammable.
Wear protective goggles and gloves and use only in a well ventilated
area. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothes and don’t breathe
vapors. Do not use near open flame or excessive heat and don’t smoke
when using it. Failure to do so could cause serious injury. If you
become dizzy while using cleaning solvent, get fresh air and medical
attention immediately. If contact with skin or clothes is made, flush
with large amounts of water. If contact with eyes is made, wash eyes
with water and get medical aid immediately.
(1) Using clean cloth moistened with cleaning solvent clean all dirt and
grease from quick disconnect coupling (1) at pump outlet.
(2) Open access door in front of loader.
(3) Loosen and remove hydraulic reservoir fill cap from hydraulic reservoir.
Hydraulic system pressure is over 2000 psi and hydraulic reservoir is
pressurized with compressed air. Before loosening or disconnecting any
hydraulic hoses, lines, or fittings, loosen hydraulic reservoir fill
cap, and operate all hydraulic control levers to relieve hydraulic
system pressure. Failure to do so could cause serious injury or death.
If you are injured obtain medical assistance immediately.
(4) Remove cap (2), coupling (3), and connector (4) from tube.
