N OT E
DO NOT adjust tilt (return to work) kickout angle by adjusting tube assembly.
7.
Loosen bolt and move switch assembly up or down
tube.
a.
If increasing tilt (return to work) kickout angle,
move switch assembly down tube assembly.
b.
If decreasing tilt (return to work) kickout angle,
move switch assembly up tube assembly.
8.
Tighten bolt to secure switch assembly.

Test adjustment as follows:
a.

Raise work tool (WP 0004 00) until lift arm is parallel to ground.
c.
Move work tool to full DUMP position.
d.
Move loader control joystick to TILT KICKBACK detent position (WP 0004 00).

When work tool reaches preset tilt (return to work) kickout angle, joystick should return to HOLD position (WP

Repeat steps 5 thru 9 until adjustment is correct.
g.
Lower work tool to ground.
