BE ALERT for personnel in the area while performing adjustment. Always check to ensure area is clear of
personnel and obstructions. Failure to follow this warning may result in injury or death to personnel or
damage to equipment.
N OT E
Tilt (return to work) kickout angle for MP bucket and for forklift pallet forks is not the same. Adjustment
procedures are the same except as follows:
To adjust for forks, use switch that is higher up on side of loader arm.
To adjust for MP bucket, use lower switch on side of loader arm.
ADJUSTMENT

Select correct position on fork/bucket control switch (WP 0004 00):
a.
If adjusting for forks, press top of fork/bucket control switch.
b.
If adjusting for bucket, press bottom of fork/bucket control switch.

Lower work tool to ground and tilt work tool to desired angle (WP 0004 00).

With engine shut down, turn start switch back to ON position.
N OT E
The linkage and bucket may move slightly to relieve pressure in the tilt circuit.

Move loader control joystick to 9 o'clock detent position (WP 0004 00).
